Real Estate Photo Editing

Since working for Creative Endeavors, I've been able to expand my portfolio into real estate photography editing. We do about two-four house shoots a day. I use Nathan Cool's Fast Flambient method to layer images of multiple exposures to create a realist preview of the room.

Before

Great photo of the couple on their wedding day, walking into a new stage of life. It's a bit gray and cloudy so we'll fix that.

After

We did a little color enhancment, lifted the shadows and several other tweaks. The major thing was to give the sky some clouds and color.

Before

Great photo but the sky is so gray and the colors are washed out. We also want to make that reminence of the sunset shine!

After

We added some clouds, made the water more blue and the sun nice and bright.

Before

This model has lots of blemishes that she wants edited out. Note the scar, moles, and untrimmed eyebrows.

After

No lightroom corrects were used on this picture, this was to retouch her skin only. We romoved any and all blemishes, cleaned up the eyebrows, and gave her a soft airbrush effect to hide the pores.
